ABOUT Starr Home Health Agency
Starr Home Health Agency was established in 1993 by la Familia Guerra and continues to provide Home Health Care services to our friends & family throughout South Texas to this day.

Our Agency is a family-owned and locally-operated Home and Community Support Services Agency (HCSSA) licensed by the State of Texas to provide personal assistance services agency and licensed home health services.

And throughout our 27 years of service, our Agency has grown to provide PAS services to thousands of clients in Texas and we continue to employ over 1,500 attendants in our community.
